Three Way Conferences
We encourage all parents to sign up for the our first Three Way Conference which are on February 6 & 7th. If you have any questions, the number to call the school is 403-936-6141. Please go to the conference booking system for more information. You can go to the following link to sign up for an appointment with your child's teacher. You will be able to access this program after 6:00am on January 23rd. Also note that this program will be closed February 6th at 12:00pm.
2020/21 Advanced Registration Begins Jan. 13, 2020
From Jan. 13, 2020 onward, all schools will be accepting registrations through SchoolEngage or in person at the school. Although registration will continue through to next September, registering early ensures families have a successful transition.
Kindergarten Eligibility Requirements to Change for 2020/21
Effective Fall 2020, students must turn five years old by Dec. 31 of the school year they wish to begin Kindergarten.

Visitor & Volunteer Entrances
We are asking all of our adult visitors to enter through the front doors only. Please drop your child off at their appropriate door and if you wish to join him/her in class come to the front doors where you can sign in at the office and receive a visitor’s lanyard. We will be asking our staff not to admit anyone who does not display a visitor’s lanyard. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to make Sarah Thompson a safe and caring place for our students.
